3.1 Nature of Services

Our Services are consultancy and facilitation in nature. ATFG is not a licensed real estate agent, financial planner, mortgage broker, or solicitor unless separately disclosed and licensed. Where we refer you to third-party professionals (including but not limited to finance brokers, conveyancers, or builders), we do so as a facilitation service only and are not responsible for the conduct, advice, or outcomes delivered by those third parties.

Any information, guidance, or recommendations provided by ATFG relating to property investment constitute general information only and do not constitute financial product advice, legal advice, or personal financial advice under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) or any other applicable law. 4. Client Obligations

When engaging our Services, you agree to:

5. Fees and Payments

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or guarantees you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (including the Australian Consumer Law) or any other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where ATFG supplies Services to you as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to consumer guarantees, including that Services will be provided with due care and skill, within a reasonable time, and be fit for the disclosed purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATFG's total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with these Terms or our Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — is limited to the total fees paid by you to ATFG in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATFG excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with our Services or these Terms.

7.3 Property Investment Risk

You acknowledge that property investment involves inherent financial risks, including the risk of capital loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. ATFG does not guarantee any particular outcome, capital growth, rental yield, or investment return.
